HOW TO USE

Smudge color across the lower lashline with precision using the E21 Smudge Brush, and follow up with the E30 Pencil Brush to smudge out your ideal smokey eye or precisely place a highlight shade to the inner corner of the eyes. Diffuse any unwanted harsh color lines with the E27 Detail Blending™ Brush, and finish your look with the E06 Winged Liner™ Brush and your favorite gel or liquid liner, drawing a clean, fine line along the lashes. Extend this line out beyond the outer corner if you want a cat eye effect.
