RETURN POLICY

RETURNS RECEIVED WITHIN 59 DAYS
of the original transaction date are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment.

RETURNS RECEIVED WITHIN 60-90 DAYS
from the original transaction date will be processed as a store credit or exchange.

RETURNS RECEIVED AFTER 90 DAYS
will be returned to the sender.

3DHD™ BLENDER RETURNS
Our 3DHD™ Blender is eligible for return or exchange if return package is postmarked within 14 days of original order date. Returns postmarked after 14 days will be returned to sender.

SHIPPING RETURNS
Original shipping and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and non-refundable.

Please retain the tracking number of your return package for your records. Sigma is not responsible for return packages that are not received at our office.

RETURN ORDERS WITH FREE GIFTS
When returning orders in full, free gifts must also be returned. No refund of any kind will be issued until the free gift is received.

Gift recipients may return items for an exchange or store credit when original order number is provided.

Free gifts are not eligible for exchange.

DENY A RETURN
Sigma Beauty reserves the right to deny a return request if excessive returns history is indicative of wardrobing.
 

START A RETURN

1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions. If you want a return shipping label, please request one by emailing: contact@sigmabeauty.com. Sigma Beauty does not cover the cost of return shipping labels and you will be invoiced for the label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund and email notification.

CANCEL OR MODIFY ORDER

Because we strive to get your order processed, packaged, and shipped quickly, we are unable to modify or cancel orders after they have been submitted.
