Sigma Beauty Warranty
We strongly believe in our product quality and performance. Every Sigma Beauty product goes through thorough quality control testing before being shipped to you. A defective product is unlikely, but is possible.
Sigma provides replacement items due to manufacturer defects up to two years from the invoice/receipt date.
Our replacement procedures are as follows:
- Fill out the online form by clicking the button above.
- Provide image of defective product.
- Must provide your order number and/or email used and/or retailer receipt to place order to help our team streamline your replacement
- A Sigma Beauty representative will contact you via email about the status of your request within 1-3 business days. Normal office hours are as follows:
- Monday – Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST
- If accepted, we will ship your replacement.
- You will not have to pay shipping and handling fees; Sigma will cover those costs.
- Damage caused by manufacture defect during the first two years of purchase
- All authentic Sigma Beauty brushes and Sigma Spa® products and brush storage
- If the replacement product is unavailable, we will provide a similar product of comparable value
- Warranty is covered up to 2 years; regardless of how many times the product has been used
- Sigma Beauty makeup
- Tarnishing from abnormal use
- Lost or stolen product
- Makeup or debris buildup within the bristles
- Abused product
- Limit on 2 exchanges per transaction, per product
