Thank you for participating in our virtual consultation program! Before we get started, we have a few steps to make sure the process goes as smoothly as possible.

• Make sure to schedule your appointment! One might call this the most important step.
• Check your email for your confirmation email. If you can't find it, check your spam folder!
• PRO Tip, add us to your contacts to ensure our future emails do end up in spam!
  Don't worry, we won't message you about anything aside from your appointment.
• Add your invite to the calendar so you're sure you don't miss it!
• We'll send you a reminder email 24 hours before your appointment. Can't find it? Check your spam!
• On the day of your appointment, make sure you have Microsoft teams downloaded if you are using a mobile device
  and have given permissions to the app to allow your microphone and camera access through your settings.
• Join the appointment through your calendar invite!
• Can't find it? There is also a link to join the meeting in your confirmation and reminder emails.
• Starting your consultation, there is a five minute grace period. If our beauty expert does not hear from you in that time, your appointment will be cancelled.
