Rated 5 out of 5 by from Holy Grail Eye Blending Brush I bought this maybe half a year ago and it is still my favorite brush. The brush becomes fluffier once washed. The tapered edge and fluffy head of fibers are perfect for blending out harsh shadow lines on your crease. This is a tool for beginners and experts alike and I would recommend this to anyone who is on the hunt for an eyeshadow blending brush! This is part of my own essentials kit ;)

My gosh! It makes blending sooo easy! I was having such a hard time before I purchased this brush! My eye makeup is looking SO much better than before! Thank you, Sigma!! Looking forward to purchasing many more brushes!

What is the best eyes brush for Drooping eyelids..Párpados caídos...????

Asked by: Madeline
Hi Madeline, Please see below for our recommendations: E45 Small Tapered Blending: The very tapered and pointed with precise tip of this brush will give you precise color application onto the crease. Our recommended use of this this brush is to pick up color with just the tip, apply colors to the crease to add depth and dimension to the eye. This will give you sheer to medium coverage. E25 Blending: The slightly firm and rounded brush head of this brush will give you controlled blending. Our recommended use with this brush is to blend colors together onto the lid with added control. You can also buff out harsh lines for a well-blended effect. This will give you sheer to medium coverage. E55 Eye Shading: The soft and dense bristles of this brush will give you even application of color. Our recommended use of this brush is to place color across the entire lid for an even and strong application of product. This will give you medium to full coverage. - Sigma Professional

Hello, I have a question, My E40 seems to be long and slim and kind of stiff and it does not appear to look as big and fluffy as the picture. I see that everyone on YouTube has one like normal fluffy one unlike mine. Why is that?

Asked by: Ecab
I had this same problem when I purchased mine a few years ago. They changed all there brushes from natural hair to there own synthetic blend of hairs. I get how they wanted to go cruelty free but don’t fix something that isn’t broke. Mac did the same thing.

Which tapered blending brush is best for hooded eyes? Is it E40 or E35?

Asked by: Meilisa
We would highly recommend the E40 Tapered Blending Brush for hooded eyes! It features a soft, fluffy brush head to provide a gentle application of color to soften harsh lines or apply a transition color to the crease. It is also excellent for application of highlighting colors onto the brow bone.

Does this brush shed?

Asked by: Nina
Some slight bristle shedding when new is normal due to each brush being handmade, however, washing and reshaping before first use will prevent shedding during application!

what is the difference between e40 and e25

Asked by: Baby D
The biggest difference is the overall shape. The E40 Tapered Blending Brush features a soft, fluffy brush head with a rounded shape while the E25 Blending Brush features a slightly firm, flatter shape brush head. Both make blending easy and effortless!

Within the last 5 years I bought the black E40, but it is not as fluffy as the picture appears. The shape of the hairs look like the blue one. Have you made the black one fluffier in recent years? Sometimes it feels like it is very hard to blend with it.

Asked by: Lara
Sigma strives to be innovative and ever-changing with the quality of our brushes, and recently our brushes have been going through new developments. The E40 - Tapered Blending Brush is now made with our exclusive synthetic SigmaTech® Fibers instead of natural hair. Our new synthetic fibers are designed to hold their shape better than our previous natural bristles. Synthetic fibers are also designed for more long-term use and are less prone to fraying, product absorption, and breakage.
