Is the E36 made with synthetic bristles.

Asked by: FLH3
Hello, The E36 Blending Brush is made with our SigmaTech® fibers. These fibers are our exclusive selection of high performance synthetic fibers engineered to outperform traditional animal hair. They feature technologically advanced filaments with specialized tips developed to hold and deliver cream and powder products without any absorption into the bristles. Built to last, SigmaTech® fibers are antibacterial, hypoallergenic, and will maintain their original shape and color even after multiple washes. - Sigma Professional

I have to wonder why the E36 I received looks so different than the brush pictured here. The picture makes this brush look much denser and fuller than it really is?

Asked by: Jenn
Hello Jenn, Thank you for your question. For your reference, all of our products are photographed in-house at our HQ and therefore may look different in person than the pictures provided. We would recommend washing your brush before using and then that will help reshape the bristles. If you feel like the brush is defective, we would recommend submitting a Warranty Claim on our website here: https://help.sigmabeauty.com/hc/en-us/categories/202681217-Warranty - Sigma Professional
