Clean beauty is not a trend, it's a movement in the industry, as more information is released about hazardous chemicals that can be readily absorbed into the skin and mucosal surfaces, affecting our bodies. We are proud to say that all of our current makeup and brush cleansers are free of more than 70 harsh chemicals commonly used by other brands. We will continuously monitor, reformulate and improve our current and future products as the clean beauty movement continues to evolve.

100% CRUELTY-FREE BEAUTY
Co-founded by a veterinarian, all of Sigma Beauty's products are manufactured and developed using methods that do not involve experimentation on animals. We strongly believe that testing on animals is not necessary, and is a thing of the past. There are several in vitro tests, meaning performed or taking place in a test tube, culture dish, etc., that can assess the safety of cosmetics. All of our products, including brushes, blenders, brush care and makeup, are cruelty-free.
OUR VEGAN BEAUTY MISSION
For the past 8 years, all of Sigma Beauty's brushes have been considered vegan as they feature synthetic bristles: SigmaTech® and Sigmax®. These exclusive fibers were designed and carefully tested to last longer and mimic animal hair. Synthetic-bristle brushes are more hygienic and effective than natural-bristle brushes because they are nonporous and don’t absorb or waste product.
In addition to our brushes, we have an extensive list of other vegan products, meaning they are manufactured without using any animal products. This includes a large assortment of makeup, plus all of our brush care tools, cleansers and blenders. We are continually working to develop and reformulate our makeup, whenever possible, to align with vegan qualifications.
