It's okayI bought 2 of these brushes to use with brow pomades or powders. The brush end works great but the spoolie is very hard and stiff. It hasn't gotten softer after several shampoos. I have to use a light hand or it hurts.
Do these brushes compromise the quality we usually get with Sigma brushes? If not what accounts for this line of brushes?

yes they do compromise the quality.. I bought some practk blending brushes and it's definitely a difference I notice

What type of fibers are used to make this brush? Sigma Tech or Sigmax or another type altogether? Are the fibers slick & smooth or do they have some texture? *I prefer texture for brow application as pomade does not apply well with smooth fibers.

This brush is made with the ultra-soft Sigmax fibers, and has a fairly smooth brush tip with not much texture, but still does a great job at picking up cream and powder pigments.
