What type of payments do you accept?
Sigma Beauty accepts all major credit cards and PayPal for payment options. If you do not have a credit card, you can use an e-check through PayPal. You can also sign up for a free PayPal account to make your purchase.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping costs are dependent on the weight and size of each package, as well as the destination. You can determine the cost of shipping your package by adding the products to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and selecting your shipping country and preference. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide and offer a variety of USPS shipping options to meet your needs.
How do I know if my package was shipped?
You will be notified by e-mail when your package is shipped. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your Sigma Beauty account under the My Account section on our website.
How can I track my package?
Tracking numbers are available for all domestic shipments and International Express Mail. This tracking number will be e-mailed to you in your shipping confirmation.
How long before my package is shipped and delivered?
Please allow two business days for processing once your payment has been received. An order confirmation will appear as the final step in your order process. When your package has been shipped, the delivery time will vary based on location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. How do I clean and maintain my Sigma Beauty brushes?
Regular brush care will increase the longevity of your brushes.
THE FIRST CLEAN: We recommend cleaning your new Sigma brushes by using a brush cleanser or mild shampoo, prior to your first use. When cleaning your brushes be careful not to fully submerge or wet the brush beyond the metal ferrule, as this may cause damage to the wooden handle.
THE SPOT CLEAN: Daily spot cleaning can be done by using a brush cleanser solution and a soft tissue. Add a small amount of brush cleanser to the tissue and gently wipe the bristles back and forth until they are clean.
THE DEEP CLEAN: Deep cleaning is recommended once a week. Brush cleanser or mild shampoo is ideal for washing, sanitizing and conditioning brushes. To deep clean your brushes, soak the bristles in a brush cleanser and warm water solution until product is removed from the bristles. Gently wipe the brush back and forth, squeezing out any excess water. After the bushes are clean, we recommend drying and shaping them using the Sigma Beauty Dry’n Shape system. This patented system guarantees to dry and shape any brush within 4 to 6 hours!

Sigma Beauty is committed to offering high quality products to our customers. If you feel that the product(s) you received from Sigma Beauty do not meet this expectation, you may return the unused portion and we will happily refund or exchange your purchase. If you would like to return or refund a product, please do so within 60 days of the original purchase.

2. Check: Return of unused item within 60 days of purchase (shipping fees will be covered by customer).

Please package the contents carefully to avoid damage and retain receipts and tracking information for your records. Regrettably, return shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Damaged & defective items:
When your order arrives, please inspect the products for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal to see damage to the packaging materials. If the item(s) in your shipment are damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@sigmabeauty.com.
Minor shedding and minor dye loss is expected when natural bristle brushes are washed for the first 2-3 times. Please watch our cleaning video, or read the cleaning card included in your shipment for more information on how to care for your new brushes.
