What types of payment do you accept? Sigma Makeup accepts all major credit cards and PayPal for payment options. If you do not have a credit card, you can use an e-check through PayPal. You can also sign up for a free PayPal account to make your purchase.
What is the cost for shipment of specific products? Shipping costs are dependent on the weight and size of each package. You can determine the cost of your package by adding the products to the cart, proceed to check out and click on the link ‘calculate total order amount’. Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship worldwide and offer a variety of USPS shipping options to meet your needs.
How do I know if my package was shipped? You will be notified by e-mail when your package is shipped.
How can I track my package? Tracking numbers are available for all domestic shipments and International Express Mail. This tracking number will be e-mailed to you in your shipping confirmation.
How long before my package is shipped and delivered? Please allow 2 days for your order to be processed. Once the package is shipped, the delivery time will vary based on location and the shipping method you chose. How do I clean and maintain my Sigma Makeup brushes? Dust or wipe off excess makeup left on your brushes after each use. Use a soft cloth or tissue and make sure to be gentle on the bristles. Excess build-up causes brushes to lose effectiveness and the bristles to break down. Store your brushes in a case or bag to prevent dust build-up. The Sigma Makeup brush roll was designed specifically to accommodate and preserve your Sigma Makeup brush collection. Clean your brushes regularly using a commercial brush cleaner or a combination of warm water and mild shampoo. DO NOT USE HOT WATER OR ABRASIVE DETERGENTS. Reshape the bristles after washing and lay flat or hang upside down to dry. Cleaning regularly inhibits bacteria growth and prevents bristle corrosion. Careful cleaning will increase the longevity of your brushes.

Returns: Sigma Makeup is committed to offering high quality product to our customers. If you feel that the product(s) you received from Sigma Makeup do not meet this expectation, you may return the unused portion and we will happily refund your purchase. If you return a product, please do so within 60 days of purchase. Items returned after 60 days will be processed as an exchange. How to return an item(s):

Damaged & defective items: When your order arrives, please inspect the products for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal to see damage to the package materials. If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at shipping@sigmamakuep.com. Minor shedding and minor dye loss is expected when natural bristle brushes are washed for the first 2-3 times. Please watch our cleaning video, or read the cleaning card included in your shipment, for more information on how to care for your new brushes. If the product(s) you received is defective and you would like to exchange it, please do so within 1 year of the purchase date. Sigma Makeup products are not eligible for exchange after this time period. To exchange a defective item(s):
