International: All returns received within 59 days of the original transaction date are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment. Original shipping and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns received within 60-90 days from the original transaction date will be processed as a store credit or exchange. Any returns received after 90 days will be returned to the sender. Original shipping and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

U.S. and Canada: All returns received within 30 days of the original transaction date are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment. Original shipping and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns received within 31-45 days from the original transaction date will be processed as a store credit or exchange. Any returns received after 45 days will be returned to the sender. Original shipping and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

All return items must be submitted in a bubble mailer or box to ensure safe delivery of your return items.

To return or exchange products, please print our return form and indicate the nature of the return, customer and order information, and preferred action for the returned package. Please include the return form inside the package. All return packages can be addressed to the address below:

Return Processing: Once your package has been received, your return/exchange will be processed as quickly as possible. An email will be sent notifying you when the return/exchange has been processed. Please allow 2-3 business days for a refund to post to your account.

PLEASE NOTE: Only items purchased on sigmabeauty.com may be returned. All products purchased through the Sigma retail store at the Mall of America will not be processed and the package will be returned to the sender.

Attention: Orders received after 2:00 PM Central Standard Time with FedEx Standard Overnight service will be processed next business day.
