If you are unsatisfied with the product(s) you have received we will be happy to process a refund or exchange for you. You can find our return policies and procedures below.

Return Policy: Sigma accepts returns (used or unused) for a refund within 59 days of purchase. The return package must be received before 59 days for a credit to be issued to the original form of payment. If a return is received after 59 days, Sigma can offer an exchange of product or a website credit. All returns and exchanges must be processed within 90 days of purchase. Any items returned after 90 days will be returned to the sender. Original and return shipping and handling fees are non refundable.

All return items must be submitted in a bubble mailer or box to ensure safe delivery of your return items. Please check with your local post office for shipping supply options.

To return or exchange products, please print our return form and indicate the nature of the return, customer and order information, and preferred action for the returned package. Please include the return form inside the package. All return packages can be addressed to the address below:

Return Processing: Once your package has been received, your return/exchange will be processed as quickly as possible. An email will be sent notifying you when the return/exchange has been processed. Please allow 2-3 business days for a refund to post to your account.

PLEASE NOTE: Only items purchased on sigmabeauty.com may be returned. All products purchased through the Sigma retail store at the Mall of America will not be processed and the package will be returned to the sender.
