Returns If you are unsatisfied with the product(s) you have received we will be happy to process a refund or exchange for you. You can find our return policies below.
Return Policy: We accept returns (used or unused) for a refund within 60 days of purchase. If a return of a used product is received after 60 days of purchase, we can offer an exchange of product or a website credit. Unfortunately return shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
Once your package has been received, your return/exchange will be processed as quickly as possible. Orders returned within 60 days of the original purchase date will be refunded to the payment method used to place the order. If the products are returned more than 60 days after the original purchase date, a refund can be processed through PayPal, or a website credit can be issued.
PLEASE NOTE: Only items purchased on sigmabeauty.com may be returned. All products purchased through the Sigma retail store at the Mall of America will not be processed and the package will be returned to sender.

Does Sigma ship to my country?
Yes. We offer worldwide shipping and can ship to most global destinations.
How long after I place my order will my package ship?
Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.
How long does it take for my package to arrive?
The following shipping times for the United States, Canada and International destinations are estimated (please allow 2-3 business days for orders to process).

How can I track my package?
All U.S. orders will be provided with a tracking number. For international orders, USPS Priority International and USPS Express International mail will provide a tracking number. USPS First Class International shipping does not provide a tracking number.
Can you lower the value of my package and send as a gift?
Unfortunately we cannot lower the value of a package or mark the package as a gift. Any import fees applied to the package are the responsibility of the customer. The customer must pay the fees to retrieve the package from their post office. If the package is not retrieved, the package will be returned to our offices and the customer will be notified.
Do you offer shipping insurance?
We do not offer shipping insurance at this time.
How much will shipping cost?
The shipping cost depends on the destination and the total weight of the package. The cost of shipping can be calculated by adding the items to your shopping cart and proceeding to checkout. Once you have reached the checkout page, you can select your shipping destination and view the selection of shipping methods and the cost of shipping for each method.

How do I place an order on your website?
To place an order, first select the products that you would like to purchase by clicking on the product and then clicking the 'Add to Cart' button. Once all of the products that you would like to purchase have been added to your cart, you may proceed to checkout by clicking the 'Checkout' button. You will then be asked to enter your billing and shipping information. When you have finished entering your information, you can complete your order by clicking 'Place Order'.
What should I do if I am unable to place an order?
If you are unable to place an order, we suggest that you clear your browsing history, as well as your cookies and please try again. If this step has not solved the issue, please e-mail customer service at: email@example.com for further assistance.
We accept all major credit cards, international credit cards, PayPal and wire transfers. Please Note: All orders $2,000 or more must be placed using a wire transfer.
Do I have to calculate from USD to my country's currency?
All prices indicated on the website are in US dollars. When you place your order, the exchange rate is based on the method of payment that you select to pay with. To know the exact rate, please contact the payment party directly.

We do not offer a professional discount for makeup artists.
How do I clean my makeup brushes?
BRUSH CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:
WASH - Wet brush head with warm water and work a small amount of cleanser into bristles. Use the Sigma Spa™ Brush Cleaning Glove to thoroughly wash brush until fully clean. Rinse brush and squeeze out any excess water.
SHAPE - Place your clean, damp brushes into the Dry'n Shape using the smallest band the brush will fit into, making sure that all bristles are firmly compressed.
DRY - After 4 to 6 hours, your brushes will be completely dry and reshaped to their original form - guaranteed!
Does Sigma test on animals?
No, we do not conduct, condone, or endorse testing on animals. While some of our natural fiber brushes are made from animal hair, no animals are harmed during the brush-making process.
